1. Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the return.
2. Eligibility
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via cash on delivery adjustments, as we only operate COD, within 7–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new order. Please contact us to arrange this process.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
